It's been quite some time since anything has been posted... We got back in the conformation show ring after a full two year absence, entering the Houston World Series of Dog Shows in July.

I had the honor of judging Sweepstakes and Veteran Sweepstakes at the Samoyed Club of Houston Supported Entry at the Houston World Series of Dog Shows in July. I enjoyed myself but certainly have no plans to pursue becoming an AKC judge. :)

Keala and Mahea were entered on Saturday and Sunday. Mahea was second in her class while Keala was awarded Select Dog adding a 5 point major towards his Grand Championship. Sadly, no love from the judge for either of them on Sunday. I can't complain, though, since 4 out of 5 times Keala has stepped in the ring he's won points towards his AKC Grand Championship title.
